Super Juicy Lucy

Here we are going to be making what I call a Super Juicy Lucy. This is going to end up being a big 8 ounce burger stuffed with shredded cheddar cheese , sauteed mushrooms , and sauteed onions. You will want to start out with a 4 ounce burger on the bottom and you want to take your fingers and press out a hallowed out looking place in the center. To this add 2 ounces of shredded cheddar cheese , a big spoon of sauteed button mushrooms , and a big spoon of sauteed onions. Now place a 4 ounce burger over the top and crimp the edges. You can now cook your stuffed burgers on a grill with medium heat. Cook your stuffed burgers until you get an internal temperature of 160 degrees.

Serve your Super Juicy Lucy burgers on a grilled bun with lettuce , tomato , and purple sweet onion. I just bet you that your family and friends will be surprised when they taste this wonderful burger that has come to be called , The Super Juicy Lucy.

Of course there are all kinds of wonderful things you can stuff your Juicy Lucy's with. For instance bleau cheese crumbles , bacon crumbles , goat cheese crumbles , and all kinds of other wonderful tasting items you can think of to stuff your Juicy Lucy with.

There are many different ways that you can cook and prepare a wonderful cheeseburger or hamburger.

Lets Make A Pressed Cuban Cheeseburger

Here's a really delicious and unique sandwich that is a play on the delicious Cuban Sandwich. What we are going to do here is add shaved boiled ham and Swiss cheese. Add a thin slice of Swiss cheese to the bottom of your bun , a thin layer of the boiled ham. And now add your cooked burger. On top of the burger add another slice of Swiss cheese and another thin layer of the boiled ham.

Now place the top bun on and press your sandwich in a frying pan with another frying pan or a cooking weight set on top of your sandwich. Add mayonnaise or mustard and salt and pepper as you put the sandwich together. Dill pickle slices as seen in the photo are delicious with this sandwich.

Now you want to press your sandwich over medium heat until your bread is toasted and crunchy. Be careful not to burn your sandwich. This pressed Cuban Cheeseburger is so delicious and tasty. If you make it post a comment and let me know how it turned out for you.
