The Worlds Best Brownies Are Here For You

If you love chocolate like I do then you probably have a thing for brownies. I really have a thing for brownies. In fact I dream about brownies. I have even been known to eat brownies in my sleep. So yes you can safely say that I am obsessed with brownies. Every morning I wake up looking for another new brownie recipe in my quest for the worlds best brownie and I'm sure that I have now found the worlds best brownies. And below you'll find a recipe for the worlds best brownies.

Be Sure To Check Your Ovens Temperature

I know I keep saying it but you get what you buy. If your going to be making homemade brownies and other home baked desserts you need a heavy duty oven thermometer in your home oven to make sure the temperature in your oven is exactly where the dial says it is supposed to be. Over 50 percent of the home ovens I've checked are off by 50 or more degrees. This is one reason that a lot of peoples baked goods don't turn out right. You should also use a level and make sure that your stove is level. You'll find that most home stoves have little legs that you can screw in or out on the bottom to make them level.

You also need to purchase name brand ingredients to do your baking with. Don't scrimp on ingredients. Buy the best name brand ingredients you can to bake with and you'll be rewarded with tasty brownies and other baked goods that will have a much better taste than if you had bought no name ingredients. Always remember that you get what you pay for. The best ingredients always make the best baked goods.

When making these brownies you will need a 13" X 9" pan to make your brownies in and you need to prepare that pan by making sure it is very clean and you need to spray that pan with a good quality cooking spray like Pam so the brownies will come out of the pan easily and you will be able to clean the pan much easier. Don't let your baking pans rust or set in the kitchen dirty. As soon as you use your baking pans and remove the brownies or other baked goods wash your baking pans thoroughly and rub them down with just a bit of vegetable oil.

If your looking for a great brownie pan or several great brownie pans you should check out the brownie pans below. With these brownie pans you can bake some of the best brownies you will ever eat. I have a pan just like the one below and it really is the best brownie pan I've ever baked in and I mean ever.

The Worlds Best Brownies Recipe

Yes we are going to make the worlds best brownies. I just simply love brownies and look for the worlds best brownies recipe. Well I just may have found the recipe for the worlds best brownies and here it is for everyone to enjoy. Everyone who has ever tasted these tells me almost everytime that they are the best brownies they have ever tasted in their life. Yes they really are that good.

Worlds Best Brownies Recipe

To start with you need a 13" X 9" pan or other similar brownie pans like the ones above and you need to spray the brownie pan with a good vegetable cooking spray like Pam. At this time you also want to preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

For Your Worlds Best Brownies Recipe You Will Need.

1. Two Sticks Of Real Butter which should be eight ounces.

2. Two Cups White Granulated Sugar.

3. Four Large Eggs Well Beaten.

4. One Half Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder.

5. One Tablespoon Real Vanilla Extract.

6. One Third Cup All Purpose Plain Flour.

7. One Level Teaspoon Ground Sea Salt.

8. Six Ounces Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips.

9. Two Ounces Bitter Sweet Chocolate Chips.

10. One Third Cup Course Ground Pecans.

You will want to start by melting your butter and chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl in the microwave. Cover your bowl with paper towels to avoid splatter.

Place all the other ingredients in a large bowl and add the melted butter and chocolate chips into the dry ingredients along with the eggs and beat well with a hand kitchen mixer to make sure the ingredients are well mixed. Beat the mixture with the hand mixture to be sure all the ingredients are well mixed. Be sure to get all the way to the bottom of the bowl.

When you have all your ingredients well mixed together you will want to take a rubber spatula and spread the batter out into the prepared 13" X 9" baking pan. Shake the pan to level the brownies up and place the pan into the preheated oven to bake your brownies for about 25 minutes. Your brownies are done when a knife inserted into the brownies comes out clean. You can if you wish let your brownies cool to room temperature and then spread with chocolate frosting and crushed pecan pieces.

You can slice up and serve the brownies with out the frosting and pecan pieces but if you add them to the brownies I truly think you have just made the worlds best brownies. With a cold glass of milk these are truly the worlds best brownies.

Turn A Hot Brownie Into A Special Brownie Dessert

I like to take a brownie just hot from the oven and add a scoop of vanilla ice cream, hot fudge syrup, cool whipped topping, and a cherry. Brownies made this way are some of the best brownies in the world. If this isn't the worlds best brownie then I don't know what is. Everyone I make one of my special brownie desserts for says that it is the best brownie dessert they have ever tasted in their life. When you get your pan of brownies made make your self one of the special brownie desserts and then come back and tell me what you think.
