Keifer Sutherland plead no contest to his drunken driving charges on Tuesday and will serve 48 days in Jail. Sutherland agreed to serve 30 days for driving with a alcohol level over the California legal limit of .08 and 18 days for violation of his probation he was serving from 2004.

Keifer Sutherland was not in the court room and his lawyer Blair Berk entered the plea for him. A second misdemenor charge was dropped from where Sutherland was stopped by police last month in Los Angeles.

Did you know that Keifer Sutherland was nominated in 2007 for a Golden Globe for his role in 24.

Sutherlands big movie role in 2006 was his part in the Sentinel.

Keifer Sutherland is to receive a star this year on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

The Toronto Maple Leafs are Sutherlands Favorite team of all sports followeed by the Boston Red Sox. He predicts that the Red Sox will win the World Series in 2007. It will be interesting to see if his prediction comes true.

Lindsay Lohan is about to begin work on a new film after spending two months at a Rehab Center. Lindsay says that this time she plan to stay out of trouble and to do that she says she is going to have to stay away from partying and some of her old friends. She went on to say that people just try to get her in trouble sometimes. Offering her dope and free drinks. She says that went she went to bars she never had to pay for drinks and this got her into trouble all the time to.

She said that for her own sake and the sanity of her mother that this time she is going to stay straight. It will be interesting to see how things work out long term for Lindsay Lohan.

All those Hollywood Producers who said that Lindsay Lohan is done in Hollywood may have just spoke to soon and will shortly have Lindsay Lohan to deal with again. One producer who asked not to be named said a sober Lindsay is wonderful to work with but that a high hung over Lohan is a nightmare.

Selita Ebanks says that the engagement is off with Ninck Cannon and it will stay over. She says that he was over possesive and even scary at times and she is going to taks a long break from any serious dating again because she for sure does not want to end up in another toxic relationship. She said that Cannon got where he tried to screen her phone calls even from girl friends and she caught him erasing her phone messages. And reading her personal mail.

She said that she asked him on several occassins to chill out on his jealousy but that every time she would ask him to back off he would only get worse accussing her of all kinds of things. She said when he got into a screaming match with a Pizza Delivery guy she knew the end had come and she moved out the next day. She said that she was forced to file a restraining offer against him a few days later after he kept following her around town. She said that she has heard Cannon has a new girlfriend and she says that it makes her happy but that she feels for the girl who ever she is because she says it will not be long before Cannon starts the wild jealousy crap with the new girl. Well Selita Ebanks is one of the hottest celebrity women ever and were sure a lot of guys in Hollywood will be happy that Selita is available on the dating market again.

Courtney Love refused to pay her $181,000 bill

for her stay there 18 months ago. The lawsuit, filed March 1 in Orange County Superior Court, said Love paid $10,000 when she entered Beau Monde Rehab , an oceanfront retreat in Newport Beach, in August 2005, but she still owes $181,286.

“Although payment has been demanded multiple times by the plaintiff, on the phone and in letters ,none of the balance stated has been paid,” the lawsuit said. Courtney Love’s attorney, Howard Weitzman, said Friday the lawsuit “will be resolved to the satisfaction of all parties shortly.” Weitzman says the Rehab Center Staff have been less than helpful in trying to work out the issues about the non payment and they are not returning his calls.

The Rehab Center describes its mission on its Web site as helping “very successful, high profile individuals who are struggling with substance abuse, addictions, compulsive behavior, burnout, and other life/health issues.” Guests are treated to gourmet meals, yoga and massages, and are allowed to leave the center for field trips such as golfing and hiking. Love says that many people left to go get high and got by with it. She said she did not.

Courtney Love says that the Rehab did not really help her and that she was turned off by the fact that a lot of the staff were former residents and she learned that two staff that were former residents were caught by police selling drugs near by.
