12 Tips For Making And Baking Cookies.
1. When you are following cookie recipes you want to measure carefully. You want to do exactly what the recipe says for you to do and you will want to supply your kitchen with a good set of measuring spoons and a good set of measuring cups. 8. Allow your cookies to cool after you remove them from the oven before you do anything else with them.
9. If you flour your cookie sheet before you add the cookies it will prevent cookies from spreading so much and it will prevent chocolate chips from sticking to the pan.
10. You can make delicious vanilla sugar by placing a vanilla bean in your sugar jar for a week before you need to use the sugar.
11. Pay close attention to the baking time given in cookie recipes and try to follow it closely for better cookies.
12. Shake your raisins , or chocolate chips in flour before you add them to your recipe to keep the raisins or chocolate chips in the dough.

6. You need to purchase the various size pans your going to be using for your baking. You may want special brownie pans or maybe miniature muffin pans.
7. You will want to purchase yourself a good quality hand turned sifter so you can sift flour and other ingredients easily.
