And if lamb really isn't your thing then you need to check out the information below on making the World's Best Hamburgers.

Shop At Your Local Farmers Market For The Best And Freshest Vegetables

As before let me say if you can shop at your local farmers market or at a road side vegetable stand for the best and freshest vegetables. For the first recipe you will want purple sweet onion , fresh tomatoes , and leaf lettuce. And I think you'll find that the flavors of this delicious burger are unique. I promise you that if you make these burgers once you'll be making them again.

Lamb Makes Wonderful Burgers

Have you ever tried lamb. If not now is the time to not only think about it but do it. With the addition of the Indian herbs in these burgers you'll wonder why you haven't tasted this oh so wonderful taste before.

Toasting Your Hamburger Buns Makes Them Oh So Delicious

Lets talk just a minute about buns. Be sure to toast your buns for the best tasting burger you will ever taste. Toasting the bun makes all the difference in the world and when you taste these delicious lamb burgers I think you will agree when you taste it that you just may have the most delicious burger in the world. Melt your butter in the microwave and brush it on the hamburger buns before you toast the buns on the grill or under a broiler.

Delicious Homemade Lamb Burgers

These lamb burgers will cook rather quickly and I strongly suggest cooking them outdoors on a charcoal grill. Have your charcoal hot and ready to cook when you get ready to cook your delicious lamb burgers.

For Your Recipe You Will Need.

1. One Pound of Ground Lamb.

2. One Large Egg.

3. One Half Teaspoon Ground Ginger.

4. One Half Teaspoon Fresh Minced Garlic.

5. One Teaspoon Dried Cilantro.

Mix the above ingredients together well in a bowl and as soon as you have everything very well mixed divide and form the meat into four lamb burgers. You will want to cook your lamb burgers until they are at least medium well flipping them often.

As soon as your lamb burgers are done you can put your burgers together like in the photo and enjoy the best burger you will ever eat.

Try Crumbled Feta Cheese In Your Lamb Burgers And On Top Of Them

I often make these lamb burgers with crumbled Feta cheese in them and sprinkled on top of them. You'll end up with some of the best tasting lamb burgers you will ever eat.

Goat Cheese Stuffed Lamb Burgers

Here we are going to be making one of the most delicious burgers you will ever taste. Its a goat cheese stuffed lamb burger setting on a bed of crisp bacon and capped with lettuce , tomato , and basil mayonnaise.

You will want to purchase the below ingredients to make this delicious burger.

1. 2 Pounds Of Ground Lamb.

2. 16 Ounces of plain unflavored Goat Cheese.

3. Lean Bacon.

4. Lettuce Leafs.

5. Tomatoes.

6. Fresh Basil.

7. Mayonnaise.

8. Fresh Oregano.

9. Fresh Rosemary to go in the Goat Cheese Filling.

10. Hamburger Buns to build your sandwiches on. I will often buy hamburger onion rolls and these are just perfect for these oh so delicious burgers.

You will want to start by dividing your lamb burger up into 4 eight ounce burgers. Open the burgers up and at the center of each place about 2 ounces of Goat Cheese and a pinch of rosemary. Form your lamb back around the Goat Cheese and rosemary. Preheat your grill to a low medium heat.

Fry your bacon until it is crisp and set it aside.

Place your stuffed lamb burgers on the grill and cook until at least medium well. Your Goat Cheese will be melted at the center of your lamb burgers. While the lamb burgers are cooking sprinkle them on both sides with fresh chopped basil and oregano. You want your herbs chopped fine enough that you can use your spatula and force them into the lamb burger. You may or may not want to sprinkle your lamb burgers with salt and pepper.

Make Your Own Homemade Basil Mayonnaise

How To Make Homemade Basil Mayonnaise

I strongly suggest you make basil mayonnaise for your burgers by mixing in the food possessor 1/2 cup of mayonnaise and 1/4 cup of fresh basil leafs.

Put your burgers together by first toasting your buns and then put down a bed of crisp fried bacon on the bottom of each bun. Place your cooked burger on top of the bacon and then put the lettuce and sliced tomatoes on top of that. Spread the top half of the bun with basil mayonnaise and put it on top. Your now ready to serve one of the most delicious burgers you will ever eat. The flavor combinations of the ingredients in these burgers make the best burgers that you will ever taste and enjoy.

How To Make The World's Best Burgers

First of all let me tell you that the cheaper fatter hamburger meat will always make the tastier hamburgers. Always. So don't waste your money buying the more expensive burger. And you should always season your burger before you cook it.

World Secret Hamburger Seasoning

I have used this seasoning mix for hamburger meat all my life and all the time I was a Chef cooking millions of delicious hamburgers. I use this amount of seasoning in five pounds of hamburger but you can double or triple it if you need to season more hamburger meat.

Seasoning Mix For Your Hamburger Meat

1. Three Teaspoons Paprika.

2. Two Teaspoons Ground Black Pepper.

3. One Teaspoon Ground Sea Salt.

4. One Teaspoon Light Brown Sugar.

5. One Teaspoon Garlic Powder.

6. Two Teaspoons Onion Powder.

7. One Level Teaspoon Ground Cayenne Pepper.

Mix all of the spices into five pounds of hamburger meat and then chill the meat well before making out your hamburgers. I like to chill the meat for at least four hours but over night is fine.

I make my hamburgers out after the meat is well chilled and you'll find that your hamburgers will cook much better if the hamburger meat is well chilled. It really helps it to stay together very well.

Have Your Grill Hot When You Go To Cook Your Burgers

Always pre-heat your grill and have it hot before you put your hamburger patties on the grill. I also always spray my very clean grill with a vegetable coating spray before I cook my hamburgers. Another big thing to remember when cooking your hamburgers is to never turn your hamburgers any more than is necessary. Don't press your hamburger patties with the spatula as this will make them tough. Really all you need to do is flip your burgers one time while your cooking them. Flipping them more often will make the burgers tough.

Experiment With Types Of Cheese For Great Flavored Cheeseburgers

Keep in mind that you can use all types of cheese on your cheeseburgers not just regular cheddar cheese.

Experiment With The Types Of Cheese For Your Cheese Burgers

You really should try other types of cheese on your cheeseburgers. Monterrey Jack, Colby, Pepper Jack and other types of cheese taste great on burgers. Also think about adding bacon and sauteed mushrooms. Sauteed sweet onions are also delicious on cheeseburgers. I like to cook my bacon crisp and keep it hot so that I can put it under the cheese and then let the cheese melt on the burger.

Here's a secret about cooking burgers. Once you have your burgers made out use your thumb to make an indentation in the center of the meat pattie. Pour a small amount of Worcestershire Sauce in the indentation you just made with your thumb when you put the burgers on the grill. The Worcestershire Sauce will work its way down into the burger and help to give the burgers a wonderful flavor. That indentation will also help the burgers to cook better.

When you remove your cooked burgers from the grill let them set for about five minutes and rest before you put them together. As soon as you pull them from the grill is the time to add toppings and cheese to them. You can toast your buns while the burgers are resting.
