1. 3 Cups All Purpose Plain Flour.

6. 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil.

10. 4 Cups Peeled Finely Grated Sweet Potato.

11. 2 Tablespoons Real Butter , for frying your sweet potatoes.

You will want to start by mixing all your ingredients together well except for the sweet potatoes. Add a couple of tablespoons of real butter to a large skillet and then add your grated sweet potatoes to the skillet and stir fry until brown and allow to cool before you add them to your bowl where you have mixed your other ingredients.
