Smores Double Delicious Cookie Bars

Here is the recipe for one of the most delicious things you will ever eat in your life and that is S mores Cookie Bars. S mores Cookie Bars are so delicious your tongue just may beat your brains out looking for more if your not careful.And they just may remind you of setting around a campfire when you were a kid making S mores.

You will need for your recipe.

1. 1/2 Cup Of Unsalted Real Butter at room temperature.

2. 1/4 Cup Of Light Brown Sugar

3. 1/2 Cup Of Regular White Sugar

4. 1 Large Egg

5. 1 Teaspoon Real Vanilla Extract

6. 1 1/3 Cups Of All Purpose Plain Flour

7. 3/4 Cups of Fine Ground Real Graham Cracker Crumbs

8. 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder

9. 1/4 Teaspoon Regular Table Salt

10. 2 Large Hershey's Chocolate Bars

11. 1 1/2 Cups Of Marshmallow Creme

12. Pam Or Other Spray Vegetable Coating

You will want to preheat your oven to 350 degrees and spray a 8 inch square baking pan with Pam or other Spray Vegetable Coating.

In a large mixing bowl mix together your butter and sugar very well. Then you will want to beat in your egg and your vanilla. Be sure to use real vanilla extract not the imitation stuff as it really does make a difference.

In a small bowl whisk together your flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder and salt. Then add to your butter mixture and mix together well. Now you will want to divide your dough in half and press half your dough into the bottom of your already prepared pan. Place your two Hershey's Chocolate Bars side by side on top of the dough. Now spread a layer of Marshmallow Creme over your chocolate bars.

Place your remaining dough over the top of the marshmallow creme and be sure to spread your dough out even so it covers the marshmallow creme. Bake for 30 - 35 minutes in the preheated oven and be sure to cool to room temperature before you cut into bars.
