Easiest Peanut Butter Cookies Ever

Here is the recipe for the easiest and best Peanut Butter Cookies that you will ever eat. And most people just can't believe how easy these cookies are to make and most are very amazed at what goes in the cookies. And now I am going to walk you through making the easiest peanut butter cookies ever. But first your going to have to make a choice as to whether you want smooth or chunky peanut butter and I will tell you just for me that Jiff Crunchy Peanut Butter makes the best peanut butter cookies but I also make them from time to time with Jiff Smooth Peanut Butter.  In order to make your peanut butter cookies your going to need.

1. 1 Cup Smooth Or Crunchy Peanut Butter.

2. 1/2 Cup Light Brown Sugar.

3. 1/2 Cup White Granulated Sugar.

4. 1 Large Egg.

Mix all your ingredients together in a large mixing bowl and roll out into small pecan size balls. Once you get them all rolled out into the balls mix the below up.

1. 1/2 Cup Light Brown Sugar.

2. 1/2 Cup White Granulated Sugar.

Sprinkle the above sugar mixture out onto a flat surface and roll your cookie balls through it. Then place each of the cookie balls onto a baking sheet or baking pan and flatten both ways with the tines of a fork to leave marks on them.

You now want to bake your cookies for 10-12 minutes in a preheated 350 degree oven and be sure not to overcook or allow to really brown.
