Delicious Giant Pork Chops Cooked In The Smoker

We first had these delicious smoked giant pork chops in Juarez Mexico and they are oh so delicious. You will have to visit a meat market or butcher shop and tell them you want trimmed 2 inch thick pork chops from the loin end and you want them boneless.

If you need to print off the above photo and take it and show them what you want. You will also need a charcoal smoker to cook these in as that really is the best way to cook them. I just made some of these for family and friends and they were amazed by the presentation and by how they tasted. These are the best pork chops in the world. Try making them and I think you will agree. There are no better pork chops anywhere.

Be Sure To Put Your Pork Chops In Marinade Overnight In The Refrigerator.

Once you have your giant pork chops at home place them in a plastic bag and into that bag pour one of your favorite beers and 4 tablespoons of lime juice. Place in the refrigerator overnight before cooking on a rack in your smoker. Don't miss putting your pork chops overnight in the beer and lime marinade. It takes these wonderful pork chops to whole new level and it tenderizes them and gives them a distinct wonderful flavor that everyone is going to love.

Once you take your giant pork chops out of the plastic bag discard the bag and liquid in it.

Now lay your giant pork chops on a plate and sprinkle them with the below.

1 Tablespoon Sea Salt, being sure to sprinkle on both sides and rub in.

1 Tablespoon Chipolte Chili Pepper, sprinkle both sides and rub in.

1 Tablespoon Ground Cayenne Pepper, sprinkle both sides and rub in.

1 Tablespoon Black Pepper , sprinkle both sides and rub it in.

Be sure you buy those seasonings and apply them to your giant pork chops in that order. Once you have applied the seasoning and have your charcoal smoker going place your giant pork chops onto a rack in the smoker.

You'll find the Chipolte Chili Pepper in the spice section of your local supermarket. The sea salt is sold ground in containers right near the regular salt. Get course ground if its available. Sea salt has many more vitamins and nutrients than regular table salt.
