Delicious Fish Tacos

I see that fish tacos are now becoming popular all over the USA and the rest of the world but but I have been making fish tacos for a number of years. I think all the way back to 1982. I made these fish tacos out of deep fried tilapia but you can really use any white meat mild fish. I have used catfish , shark and flounder and everyone who has ever tried them says they are the best in the world. I like to think its the delicious topping I put on my fish tacos that make them so delicious.

I've been making these fish tacos now for many years and they are truly one of the most delicious things that your ever going to put in your mouth in your life. I don't think there is a better fish sandwich anywhere else on earth. I truly believe that when I made these that they are truly the best thing you'll ever eat in your life. And I do mean ever in your life.

I've made these fish tacos and served them to as many as 2000 people and they all agreed that this is the best fish sandwich you will ever make and taste ever.

Topping For Your Fish Tacos

1. 2 Cups Finely Chopped Lettuce.

2. 2 Big Tablespoons Finely Shredded Cabbage.

3. 2 Tablespoons Sweet Purple Onion Diced Fine.

4. 2 Tablespoons Dukes Mayonnaise.

5. 1 Teaspoon Salt.

6. 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper.

7. 1 Teaspoon Ground Cayenne Pepper.

8. 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice.

9. 1 Tablespoon Lemon Zest.

Mix your topping ingredients together well and place a good size serving on top of the fish in each taco.

You should use flour tortillas for your fish tacos. If you like you can bend the flour tortillas into a taco shape and deep fry them for a real crunchy treat.

You really should try the fish tacos with the deep fried tilapia as they are oh so delicious and tasty. Really one of the best tasting fish dishes I have ever tasted.
