Corn Fritter Casserole Recipe

This recipe is so easy to make and if you follow the simple recipe it will turn out great every time.

For Your Corn Fritter Casserole Recipe You Will Need.

1 Regular Size Can Of Cream Corn.

1. 1 Regular Size Can of Whole Kernel Corn.

2. 1 8 Ounce Container of Sour Cream.

3. 1 Regular Size Stick Of Real Butter. ( Real Butter Not Margarine )

4. 1 Box Of Jiffy Corn Bread Mix.

You will want a cast iron frying pan to cook this recipe in if you can at all. If not you can cook it in a 8"X8" square baking pan. The casserole will taste so much better in a cast iron pan so if you have one use it to cook your casserole in.

But what ever pan you cook your casserole in be sure to spray your pan well with vegetable cooking spray well.

If your using a cast iron pan mix all your casserole ingredients up in a large bowl and preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Place your cast iron pan that you have sprayed with vegetable cooking spray into the oven and preheat it also. Once it is hot remove it from the oven and pour your mixed ingredients into the pan. Place your pan back in the oven and cook until golden brown.Near the end of cooking time sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of the casserole.

If your using the 8"X8" pan put your ingredients into the sprayed pan and bake until golden brown sprinkling it near the end of the cooking time with Parmesan cheese.

If you bake your casserole in a cast iron pan your casserole will have a delicious crust that it will not have in a regular baking pan. But either way this corn fritter casserole is delicious. Serve it as a side with delicious double breaded fried chicken or barbecue ribs.
