1. You can visit downtown Disney and it won't cost you anything to visit downtown Disney. There are lots of shops to walk through and if your careful you can find some really great bargains and do some people watching at the same time.Remember that you and your children will probably need sun screen and I would strongly suggest hats for everyone. Don't miss the snoozing man that is really made out of Lego blocks and what ever you do be sure to visit the Art of Disney Store. They hold a daily trivia contest and give out really great prizes if you know the answers to the questions.

2. Did you know that you can watch the Magic Kingdoms Fireworks Show from the beach at the Floridian or Polynesian Hotels.

3. You can always take a free tour of the Wilderness Lodge.

4. you can watch the electrical water pageant each night. It happens on Seven Seas Lagoon and and Bay Lake. The times vary so check with guest services to see when it is going to happen.

5. You can hike the Nature trails at Fort Wilderness and there are miles of trails. You will have to rent a bike if you want to ride a bike but you can walk for free.You will want to have your camera along for this one.

6. You can visit the boardwalk and there are always lots of street performers and some of them are really good so be sure that you slow down and check them out. You want to make sure that you take your camera or camcorder along to get some really great photos.

7. Did you know that you can visit the petting zoo at Fort Wilderness and that it really is free. Again you must take your camera along for this one. And this one really is great because the petting zoo opens at 7 AM and closes at dusk. Go early to avoid both the heat and the crowds.

8. There is a free garden tour that you can take at the Yaught and Beach Club Resort that everyone loves.

9. The evening campfire at Fort Wilderness is free to all Walt Disney World Resort Guests. Its really fun and you can even take along your own bag of marshmallows for you and your kids to enjoy. After the campfire is over there is always a Disney Cartoon shown on a big screen located in the area there.

10. You can take a really free boat ride from Dixie Landings to downtown Disney at night and this one is really nice. I bet that you and the kids both will enjoy it. You can stroll around and enjoy downtown Disney and when you get ready you can take a boat ride back to your car at Dixie Landings.
